Boll is Opening to Reveal the Cotton

This is a video made by a *Scape new media ambassador contestant, Foo Wen Xin.

Wen Xin’s philosophy:

“I believe that when it comes to caring for people and environment, we all share the same responsibility regardless of our status differences in the society. You may not be as rich as some people, but you can still use other creative means to contribute your part. For e.g., if organic cotton is too expensive for you, why not shop at thrift stores? This way, you not only get statement making clothes, you also practice one of the 3Rs (recycling) and the money spent is donated to charities. I believe that only by giving and sharing selflessly, we will then grow and mature beyond places that books and knowledge can never achieve.”
