SGBC to host World Green Building International Congress 2010

The (SGBC) will host the World Green Building International Congress 2010 from 13 to 14 September after winning the rights to the marquee event.
An event that brings Green Building Councils worldwide together to discuss policies and developmental strategies, the World Green Building International Congress will precede World Green Building Day on 23 September, as well as events slated for the 2nd Singapore Green Building Week, such as BEX Asia 2010 and the inaugural Green Building Conference.
In addition, SGBC announced that it has been made an established member of the World Green Building Council, a union of national councils working to push sustainability in the building and construction industry to greater heights.
SGBC recently launched an online green product listing database to link building professionals to manufacturers of green building and construction materials. Companies wishing to list their products should register here.
